visit her sisters, Mrs. A. E. McGinn is,
whom she has not seen for 35 years,
and Mrs. L. M. McGraw, both of Wal
lowa. They are expected here from
Wallowa In the near future andt Mrs.
Daniel will return home with them
for a visit.

Mr. and Mrs. A. W. NelBon left this
morning for Portland where they will
spend the weekend visiting with Mrs.
Nelson's brother, Paul Massey, and
Mrs. Massey. They also will attend
the O, A. O. - U. S. C. football game.

city ways, have provided a model
camp largely through their own In
genuity and labor.
Confronted with the task of haul
ing water, thoy dug their own well
to a depth of 236 feet. With two
camp members who formerly had
been plumbers contributing the
skilled labor, a discarded tank was
fitted up for storage.
Now gravity feeds the water to
hot and cold showers, to the kitchen
and to the washroom. A refrigera
tor is being constructed under the
water tank, with water flowing to
and from the tank supplying the
cooling medium.
