Oirl Scouts with their captain, Mrs.
P. W. Furst, and Mrs. J. B. Gregory
returned Saturday from a four-days
outing at Wallowa Lake. They occu
pied the cabin of the Kuna Epworth
League and the group of girls in the
u camping party raised, the funds to
.defray the expenses of the trip by
giving teas, food sales and 'candy sales'.

Joy" Bridge club at their home Satur
day afternoon. Guests other than
the club members were Mrs. Lon Ey-
ers and Miss Thelma Anderson,
Bridge was played at three tables,
Mrs. T. R. Conklin winning the nigh
score and Mrs. Hefty second. A dainty
lunch was served.
. The Methodist Sunday school held
their annual picnic at the grove at
the swimming-pool Tuesday.-. This
picnic Is always a delightful affair
and Is anticipated by both old aud
