PRESERVING LINOLEUM LUSTER
Dent use a stiff brush when wash
ing linoleum. This makes It dull
and no one wants dull linoleum. Use
soap and water and wash , lightly
almost tenderly If the luster la to
bo preserved.
CREAMY BOILED FUOSTINGS
Boiled frostlngs become grainy, duo
to the sugar in them crystallizing.
There aro several remedies for this.
When tile sugar and water syrup Is
boiling do not move the pan nor etlr
the syrup, as cither procedure may
cause crystallization. The addition of
one teaspoon of vinegar to each cup
of sugar will help to prevent the
frosting from becoming grainy.
