Bell's Silver Tone Is Real

tone" of the First Christian church
bell here Is genuine. Tradition has
it that when the bell was cast for
Captain Dave Silver 500 silver dol-
lare were melted down and used In
the casting. The bell was used on
six river steamers before it was
given to the church.
