mixture
1 cups boiling water

1 cup grated raw carrots
2 tablespoons chopped pimentos
Pour water over gelatin muture.
Stir until dissolved. Cool. Add rest
ol Ingredients. Pour Into mold rinsed
out of cpld water. Set In cold place
to stiffen. Unmold on lettuce and
top with salad dressing.

. 1 unbaked pie shell
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour

cup mil
tablespoons lemon Juice

CreAm butter and sugar. Add
flour and salt. Add eggs, milk, lem
on Juice and riud. Mix well and
pour Into pie shell. Bake 35 min
