number of students are trying out lor

school, will give an Illustrated lecture !

8 p. m. The slides, which are fur
nished by the University of Oregon,
aro said to be very beautiful scenes'
taken In various parts of Oregon. The
tltlo of the lecture Is "Majestic Ore
gon." There Is no admission charge,
and the public is invited. ;
The Legion auxiliary met Monday j
evening and transacted business..'
