Friendship Quilt
When everyone was busy piecing
beautiful quilts last spring the mem
bers of the Woman's Home Missionary
society of the Methodist church start
ed dne of the beautiful "Friendship"
quilts for Ruth Margaret Hall. They
finished it this summer und say It Is
a beauty, tne quitting is exquisite.
Yesterday they went to the home of
Mrs. Hall, 707 Fourtn street. Had a
party for Ruth Margaret and sur- J
prised her with the quilt. She in turn
surprised them by announcing that
.yesterday was birthday which the
' women' had' nop known and which
made, it all the .nicer. There were 30
worrien present.

short, program, consisting of two pi- J
ano selections by-Lenore Head ley; t
solo by Ruth Margaret, a song of her, I
