The feature of the front face of this house Is the gallery, if found more desirable to place this feature at the rear, to gain more privacy and possibly overlook the Harden, nothing more would be necessary than to switch It on the plan. The house measures 26 x 38 feet and was designed for placing on a plot 50 x 100 feet. Walls are either of slightly rough textured stucco or of concrete cast In forms. A central hall runs the depth of the house, terminating at a reaf en trance. Thus the first floor Is divided into two parts. One Is given over to the living room: the other contains kitchen and dining room. The stairs to the second floor rise from the hall, and underneath Is the stairway to the basement. A range of convenient 'closets opens from the hall. The living room is well proportion ed, and assured good air Circulation. While the kitchen is not large, It has all the space necessary. On the second floor the rooms have been arranged to practically duplicate the first floor,- Cost of erecting this house will be between 98,000 and $10,000, due to fluctuating charges for labor and materials in various sections. n Many Bargains Listed on Want Ad Page rSPLINTEj , orrleliil IMihlU'iulon of i .
