2 cups diced oranges.
2 caps seeded white cherries.
1-2 cup red cherrieH.
1 1-2 cups fruit juices (from
canned cherries).
3 tablespoons lemon juice.
4- tablespoons sugar.
Roll sugar and fruit Juices 2 min
utes. Cool. Add other ingredients
and chill. Servo in glass cups.
This mixture must be thoroughly
chilled In order to properly blend
flavors. If there Is not sufficient
juice in canned cherries to make
'l 1-2 cups, add water to make up
difference.
Shrimp a Ja King. Serving 8
C tablespoons butter.

'A caps milk,
I teaspoon salt.
1-4 teaspoon paprika. ,
1-4 cup diced, cooked celery.
3 tablespoons chopped, cooked

3 egg yolks.
S pieces hot buttered toast.
Parsley.
Melt butter and odd flour. Rlend
and add mill- and conk until
creamy sauce forms. Stir constant
ly. Add seasonings and shrimps
1 2-3 cups boiling wnter.
' 1 cup whito cream cheese.
1-4 teaspoon salt.
1-4 teaspoon paprika,
3 tablespoons chill sauce.
I tablespoon catsup.-
Pour wator over gelatin mixture
ami stir until dissolved. Cool and
allow to thicken a little. Heat
cream with fork and add wllh
