men was selected today to try Al
bert li. Kail, former interior sec
retary, on charges of bribery grow
ing out of the Klk Hills naval oil
reserve lease to Kdward 1. Uoheny.
Apparently bearing in mind the
jury shadowing which led to a nils
trial in the Sinclair Teapot Dome
case. Justice J litis announced the
Kail jury would be locked up.
He said .counsel had advised him
the trial would take three weeks.

of seven dogs were resting on the
bedroom floor.
Both caskets were taken to the
coroner's office. Due to their, air
tight construction, officers said,
