' To the seven egg whites add a
pinch of salt and beat with a wire
egg beater ten minutes. . v
1 Add slowly ono cup sugar und
beat five minutes. Now add the
vinegar and vanilla, - and .mix in
well. Then add a second cup of
sugar .slowly anil beat another five
minutes. Grease pun. Bake In slow
oven 300 degrees, one full hour. ;
To serve, remove the top crust
and fill with cold cooked apricots'
and- whipped cream. The crunt
