The
School
The new Eastern Oregon Normal school, located in La Grande, will fill a long- felt need for an in
stitution of higher learning east of the Cascades. It is an institution that will serve the entire
Eastern Oregon country and one whose influence will grow with the years to come.1 The beautiful
