life continues. Commentators do not have to explain how It hap
pened, when nearly two thousand years after the first dawn of
Kaster, tho fact remains that millions of people all over the earth
find the only key to the mystery of life in the resurrection of Christ

Recently a new book has bcen much read by modern students of
Christianity, it is entitled "The Cleat Galilean" and was written
t by Jtobert Keable, a former clergyman whoso departures from '
orthodoxy caused him to leave the ministry. He devoted tho last
years of his life to the writing of an apology for Ills faith, or the
lack in it. So need to pomt out the seiiuus defects In scholarship
and lugic in tho book, but rather tako the simplicity and beauty
of hi.i real confession, which unfortunately does not appear in
"Tho Great Galilean," but did appear In tho last article "Krom
tho Known to tho Unknown," published In tho Atlantic Monthly.
