Our editorial last night, on the court house situation, in
vhiclf we argued that repairing the old building wou.d be
false economy was misinterpreted by at least one1 reader. As;
"Vt had previously said editorially, we thoroughly agice withj
Judge Couch and the county commissioners in their decision;
to put a new roof on the old building to protect it from fur
ther deterioration from the weather. We also agree with'
them that no additional repairing should be dune beyond;
the new roof pending the decision of Union county voters!
