'light. Beat in milk and cook over
hot water until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and cool. Add

into freezer mold. Pack In six
parts ice to one part Ice cream, salt
jand let stand four hours or longer.
If a crank freezer Is used do not
whip the cream before combining.
Turn freezer until mixture is
frozen and then pack In Ice and
iRult. and let stand two or three
hours to ripen. .
