Pancrust with sugar and finely
chopped dates. Add beaten egg,
half the milk and half the flour.
Beat thoroughly. Add the remain
ing milk and flour, beating hard.
Sift the baking powder over the
top and carefully fold it into the
mixture. Bake in . hot , greased
muffin pans for 20 minutes.
