One and one-haif ponfflV- Ham
burg steak, 1 lemon, I tablespoon
minced parsley, I teaspoons
salt,-l tablespoon grated onion, 2
t a bit-spoons melted butter, tea.
spoon paprika, teaspoon pep
per, A to 6 slices bacon, 2 or 3
baiittitaa.
Wash lemon and grato rind.
Combine meat, lemon rind, pars
ley, salt, onkm, butter, pepper
and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
Form into a roll and put into a
well buttered baking pan. Put
Into a hot oven for twenty min
ute. Then cover roil with bacon
strips and place t&ananas cut In
halves lengthwise around the
meat. Sprinkle- bananas with
lemon Juice and bako fifteen or
twenty minutes longer. Serve the
eonnelon on a .hot platter with
tho bananas around it.
