tablespoon molasses, 1 teaspoon
cornstarch, 4 cup butter, M cup
water.
Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add
molasses and water and bring to
the boiling point. Boll over tho
fire until a few drops tested In
cold wuter form a soft ball. Add,
butter and cook over boiling wa
ter, stirring frequently until tho
mixture is perfectly smooth and
the butter is thoroughly Incorpor
ated. Cool slightly before, serving.
