Mix dry ingredients. Add Mazola and
lemon juice or vinegar and beat until creamy.
This dressing may be made in larger quantities
and kept in a bottle and shaken as used.
This is the regulation recipe for French
Dressing, but the proportions of oil and acid
may be reversed to make it a little more tart
for those desiring a sharper dressing.
A little Chili Sauce or Catsup also gives
Udded piquancy.
