cabin curly on horseback and trav
eled several ihlles over the Aneroid
lake trail. After returning to the
luke they enjoyed a swim and tn
the afternoon they hiked to the
falls and over other nearby trails.

pavilion where they enjoyed music
and dancing until bed time. Stories
around a camp fire, when marsh
mullows were toasted, were enjoyed

back riding again Friday morning
and others went on a hlkh. About

Grand Army of the Itepubllc, as

corps at luncheon.

of the day 'and before luncheon
they played several numbers. The

One nnd one. half cups hot milk,
2 tablespoons minute tapioca, 2
fggs, j-3 cup granulated sugar, 4
teaspoon salt, teaspoon vanilla,
2 small bananas, bitter chocolate.
Scald milk In top of double-boiler
over hot water. Add tapioca and
cook 30 minutes, until tupioca is
transparent. Heat yolks of eggs
well. Add granulated sugar and
salt and heat again. Add hot milk
slowly, beating constantly. Keturn
to double boiler and cook until
mixture thickens. Cool, add van
illa and pour Into Individual glass
cups. Beat whites of eggs until
stiff and dry, beating In confec
tioner's sugar. Hub bananas
through a sieve ond add to egg
whites, pile on rlie tapioca euwtard
and sprinkle with a few gratings
of bitter chocolate.
