j Cut head of cabbage in quarters
and cook in boiling water for L'a
minutes. Do not cover kctllo while
boiling. Drain and chop. Heat eggs
until light and add salt, pepper,
butter, cream, vinegar and ea
spoon sugar. .Mix thoroughly with
chopped cabbage and turn into a
well butlnred baking dish. Bake In
a not oven about 1 : minutes until
the top Is a golden brown. Servo
at once.
