Mix and sift sugar and 1 table-
spoonful of flour. Hub in butter,
grated rind and juice of lemon and

Pour into chilled pastry and put
into a hot oven for fifteen minutes.
Keduce heat and bake In a slow
oven for forty-five minutes. Servo
cold.
