PORTLAND, Ore. July 2. (AP)
Ounlel Guby, 83-year-old pioneer
of the Poclflo northwest, and one
of tho first graduates of the Uni
versity of Oregon, died In Olyin
plu Tuesday night. Gaby grad
uated from public schools of Ore
gon City and tho university luw
school. He was an attorney and
practiced law In Oregon for a
