finely chopped. Dried bread crumbs

New Carrot Roup
Ono bunch new carrots. 1 small
onion, 2 cups white wtock. 1
cups milk. cup cream 2 table
spoons butter, 1 teaspoon salt,. 1
j teaspoon sugar, 2 eggs, paprika.
1 Wash and scrap carrots and cut
Into thin slices. Melt butter In
soup kettle, add onion and cook
over a low fire for five minutes.
Add carrots and stock and simmer
just below-the boiling point fon-40
minutes or until carrots aro ten-
