Two cus grape Juice, 4 table,
spoons quick cooking tapioca, Itia
blcspoon h'inon juice. cup sugar,
tca-spoon salt, 1 egg white.
Pour 1 cup of cold wut over
tapioca and let stand while scald
ing grape Juice. Pour hot Juice
over tuplocn und cook over hot
water, stirring , constantly until
transparent. Add lemon Juice,
sugar and salt. Meat white of egg
until sttl und dry and fold inio
tapioca mixture.. Turn into a
mold, chill und serve with a cus
