cup diced celery, 2 canned pimen
tos, 1 tablespoon minced onion,
mayonnaise or cooked salad dress
ing. It will take about cup of mnc
uronl broken in hair-inch lengths
to make 1 V6 cup cooked maca
roni, lioll until tender in salted
water. Drain and rinse in cold
water. This keeps tho macaroni
whito and firm. Drain well and
chill thoroughly. Combine maca
roni, peas, celery well crisped and
drained, onion and pimentos cut in
tiny pieces. Mix wllh a fork, tak
ing care not to crush or break the
peas or macaroni. Add mayon
naise to make -moist and serve on
a bed of lettuco. Uarnlsh with
ripe olives. .
