spoon flour, 1 cup boiling water.
2 cups boiled rice, 2 . tablespoons
grated cheese. 1 teaspoon sugar,
a teaspoon salt, i teaspoon pep
per. -
Melt butter, stir In flour and
slowly add water with bouillon
cube dissolved in it. llrlng to the
oiling point and boll five ' minu
tes. Add vegetables, salt, sugar
ami pepper und simmer J(i min
utes. Make a border of rice p a
ibt'p platter. Sprinkle with cheese
and .fill with vegetable mixture.

Muildlng of said district on Fourth Street In l.a Grande, Union
County, Oregon; on tho 27th day of November, 1925, at the hour of
2 b'olockMn the afternoon of said day, for the purpose of discussing
and adopting tho budget hereinafter set out, with tho Board as a
levying Hoard, and that at said time and place, any person who shnll
be subject to the tax levy for the period covered by such budget
when the tame shall bo made, will be heard in favor of or against
said tax levy, or any part thereof, nnd that nn opportunity will then
bo allowed for a full and complete discussion of said budget and the
estimate published and posted with said budget.
