Grape, Juice Pudding. ;
Two cups grape Jiice, 1-3 cup
cornstarch, 1 fhlespoon butter, ?.
eggs (whites), few grains aalt,
1-4 lo u-4 cup sugar.
If the grape juice is tart ue
3-4 cup sugar. Dilute cornstarch
with enough cold grape juice to
pour easily. Heat grape juice ani
when boiling stir in cornstarcn,
butter and a few grains of salt.
Cook, stirring constantly unill
mixture is clear. v Beat whites nf
eggs unll! stiff and dry, fold into
grape juice mlMuro ami turn Into
individual molds. Chill and serve
with custard sauce made with the
yolks of the eggs.
