pears. Make sirup of sugar and
water, add pears and cook unlit
tender. Add cherries and sirup If
wanted and remove from the fire.
Keep hot until needed. Wnsli rice.
Put in top of double boiler with
milk, t cup water, salt and butter.
Add to the boilinp point and then
cook over hot water until tender.
Add yolks of epps well beaten nnd
remove on a larpe deep pie dish.
