One cup bran, 1 cup graham
Hour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1
teaspoon salt, I cup ceeded raisins,
cup molasses, I cup sour milk,
1 teaspoon soda, 1 egg.
Mix hum, graham flour, whole
wheat flour, salt and raisins. Htlr
until raisins hit evenly coated whh
Hour. Heat egg well and add mo
Ussea. Dissolve soda in milk und
add egg mixture. Add dry ingredi
ents and beat well for "l minute.
Turn into 2 small bread pans, well
oiled and floured and bake 1 hour
In a moderate oven.
Nuts coarsely chopped, can lie
added with the raisins if the bread
is not planned for small children.
