Out three cupfuls of cooked mac

long. Prepare a cream sauce by
blending together ' three table
spoonfuls of butter, three table
spoonfuls flours, adding slowly
three quarters of a cupful of water.
ICook until the mixture bolls, stir
ring constantly. Then add a half
teaspnonful each of salt and dry
mustard, a quarter of a teaspoon-
ful of pepper and three quartern of
a cupful of grated cheese prefer
ably Italian). Htlr all thoroughly
together, turn into deep enameled
ware baking dish, which being
(dainty and china-like in appear
ance, can be brought to the table
