ed on State Itoad No. 1 at Cotton
dale, where the highway crosses
the Atlanta and St. Andrews Bay
railroad. It consists of two park
ways, one on either side of the
railroad enclosed by a concrete
curb whleh divides the travel,
causing the motorist going in one
direction to pass on the right or
the parkway, while traffic In the
opposite goes to the left,
v One section of curb begins 70
feet from the end of the rail
road t les on eh her side or t he
railroad, and is constructed along
the center line or the highway to
the end of the lies. Another sec
tion begins at the same point and
Is constructed In an arc of a cir
cle on the right of the center of
the highway, and Intersects the
