cream until stiff, add nuts, su.ir
and dales. Add vanilla, chill and
serve. '

Pass rcquat quantities of dates
and pecan- meats through a food
chopper. To I cup of thn mixture
add i cup maple sugar and a
very little cream. Mix lo a smooth
paste and spread ' between , thin
slices of whole wheat bread. .
Pineapple and Hate Cream
V Nliorhcrt,
4 tablespoons; duiR pulp, 2 . ta-
hlrspoons . Orange juice, 1 tea
spoon lime juice, 4 tablespoons
pineapple syrup. 4 ' tablespoons
cream, t teaspoon salt.
Slono and chop dales, rub thru
sieve; mix with orange Juice, lime
juice, salt and pineapple syrup;
partly freeze. Then add cream
