IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OP OREGON, you ana each
of you are hereby notified that Union Cnuntv. Orirnn in ih Atvnt
' mid holdor of Certificates of Delinquency f,or unpaid taxes due and")
payable to union county, urcgon, for tho year of 1917, and alio
lor the years sjibseqiunt thereto as herein set forth, issued by the
Tax Collootor of Union County, Oregon, which Certificates are here
inafter set forth showing the numbers thereof together with the
tructs of land covered thereby, the amount of taxes and Interest,
penalty and accrued costs being included in said Certificates, dates
or issuance and rate of Interest on said Certificates; also amount
of taxes duo and delinquent on the tracts of -land covered by said
Certificates for tho years subsequent to the issuance of said. Certifi
cates, together with, the rate of interest, penalty and advertisibzr
costs thereon, which amounts are a first lien on the lands described
In said Certificates, in which is given the town. If town property,
with lot and block, and the legal subdivisions, with section, town
ship nnd range, if rural proporty, with tho name of the person
to whom assessed, and tho present owner of said property, and
description of each of the several tracts of land are gives under
the numbers 1 to 35 Incl Jsive . herein; , that the taxes for the year
1917 became delinquent Oct. 6th,. 1918, and bears interest at -the
rate of twelve per cent per annum from said date, that the loxon
for the year of 1918, beeamo delinquent Oct. 6th, 1919, and bears
interest at the rate of twelve per cent per annum from that date,
that the taxes for tho year of 1919, became delinquent Oct. 6th, 1920
and bears Interest at the rate of twelve per cent per annum from
. that date, that tho taxes for the year 1920 bocamo delinquent Oct.
5th, 1921, and bears Interest at the rate of twelve per cent per
annum from that date, that tho taxes for the year of 1921 became
delinquent Oct. 5th, 1922, and bears Interest at the rate of twelve
per cent per annum from that date, that the taxes for tho year 1922,
became delinquent Oct. 6th, 1923, and bears interest at the rate of
twelve per cent per annum from that date; that all the land herein
described lies East of the Willamette Meridian, all in Union County,
Oregon, and you arc further notified that there is duo and de
llnq jent nnd a lien on the several tracts of land which are due,
owing and unpaid to plaintiff, for the years set forth and assessed
to the persons named herein upon the lands described In said Certi
ficates of Delinquency or some portion thereof each of which several
amounts nnd the sums with Interest thereon are due and delinquent
from defendants to plaintiff upon each of tho several' tracts of
land as heroin set forth, said tracts being described as follows:
