of you uro horeby notified -that Union County, Oregon, is the owner
and holder of Certificates of Delinquency for unpaid taxes due and
payable to Union County, Oregon, for the year of 1917, and 'aho
for the years subsoqjent thereto as herein set forth, issued by the
Tax Collector of Union County,: Oregon, which Certificates are here
inafter set forth showing the numbers thereof together with, the
tracts of land covered thereby, the amount of taxes and Interest,
penalty and accrued costs being included In said Certificates, dates
of issuance and rato of Interest on said Certificates; also amount
of taxes duo .and delinquent on the tracts of lund covered by said
Certificates for tho years subsequent to 'tho Issuance Of-said Certifi
cates, together , with tho rate of interest, pcnulty .' and advertising
costs thereon, which amounts are a first Hen on the lands described

with lot and block, and the legal subdivisions, with section, town
