The New Year conies with its joys and obligations
and all of us are making our new year resolutions and
plans for 1924. It is proper that we should do this. .

It is an opportunity for Service.
It is a jear, all too short, in which to work inces
santly for the upbuilding of this community. Through
the medium of this newspaper space we wish to reaffirm
our pledge to bend every human effort toward a still
greater service.
We go into 1924 with a great faith in the territory
served by this company, faith in its people, in its re
souces and faith in our work as a' means to Better
Living.
" We are taking"a-new grasp, and will strive for a
larger understanding, of the message of our motto
