'2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt (
1 teaspoon baking soda
cup sugar
1' tablespoons melted' butter
cups sour milk
1 cup fresh-keeping coeoanut

meal, flour, salt and soda; add
sugar, butter, milk, coeoanut and
dates, l'our into a greased mould,
cover with a greased paper and
steam steadily for four hours. Turn
