though drunk he knew he was break
ing the laws. If tried under the

New Premises Are Finished
' Monday of next week will see the
officers and staff of the .United States

in their home on the corner of Adams
and Depot, and enjoying the thorough
and beautiful remodeling and refit
ting of the whole interior and much
