federal charge against him will be

Kupert was taken in charge by fed
eral officers following his unsuccess

les in an automobile. Kupurt .bud
maintained persistently that he was
not the man the authorities wore seek
ing, but at the last moment he admit
ted his -identity and went with the
federal officer without protest.
