Davis, Non-Partlzan League niana-
gor for north Idaho, on the charge
of making, sodltious utterance was
celled Saturday afternoon before
United States . Commissioner E. O.
Nolll. Davis waived examination
and his bond was fixed at $7000
(or appearance before the federal
court at Moscow for trial. He did
uo provide bond and was return
ed to tho county Jail.
L. F. Parson, chairman of the
Latah County Council of Defense,
who made' the complaint against
Davis, was present at tho hearing
with witnesses for the government.
