To meet the desires of its patrons in Wallowa County, The Observer management has decided to add to its already complete
evening telegraphic hews service, a morning telegraphic news report for a special Wallowa County edition, which will be de
livered to its readers in Wallowa County on the day of publication. Besides it will print special Wallowa County correspoiMl

The La Grande Observer is the only daily newspaper with a telegraphic news service in Union and Wallowa Counties. It ia
fully alive to the needs of its territory, which it serves and intends to serve fully and completely.
Adding a morning telegraphic service for its Wallowa County readers is another step forward for The Observer. It hopes
that this step will meet the approval of its Wallowa County patrons and that they will appreciate thus being brought into closer
touch with the outside world. The exact date of the first publication will be announced later. .
