The La Grande Evening Observer has now the most cbmpl ete and modern newspaper plant in Eastern Oregon. It has at
considerable expense installed a modern Web Perfecting Duplex Press, capable of printing 3500 complete newspapers an hour.
It has two Linotype machines, capable of setting the news swiftly and in up-to-date typographic dress. It has a large staff pf

To meet the desires of its patrons in Wallowa County, The Observer management has decided to add to its already complete
evening telegraphic news service, a morning telegraphic hews report for a special Wallowa County edition, which will; be de- f
livered to its readers in Wallowa County on the day of publication. Besides it will print special Wallowa County correspond

Adding a morning telegraphic servicefor its Wallowa County readers is another step forward for The Observer. It hopes
that this step will meet the approval of its Wallowa County patrons and that they will appreciate thus being brought into closer
