iasm ho forces open the communicat
ing door and beholds a wry beauti
ful but highly Indlgnunt woman.
Whon she has accepted his explana
tion and made numerous phonograph
records for Anthony, the eccentric
musician finds that she Is Crocker's
wjfe. Anthony goes to Crocker,
tells him where hla wlfo Is and de
mands that he agree to free her.
Crocker, an hour later, comes to the
hotel where Anthony ami .Mrs. ('rock
er occupy rooms, bent I'pi.ti killing
the woman.' At thu foot of the
stairs Anthony and Crocker meet in
a knife bnttlo. Crocker Ik wounded
and soon word comes to tho hotel
that he has died. Thus Is the way
made clear for Anthony nnd Mrs
Crocker to find happiness. Samuel

raised.

Cross nurses and addressed many

At Evreux there Is a garden of
more than acre of land under culti
vation producing mainly potatoes
with a few other varieties of vege
tables. The garden work Is said to
be a very beneficial and enjoyable
form of mechano-therapeuttcs for
ilmbeiing up the muscles of the pa
tents. At the same time, It lessens
