to purchiino in 25 pound lots.
Hotels .and restaurants and board
ing houses aro limited to a ten day
supply.
Sugar shall not be used as a leader
for special Bales or to encourage the
snlo of other merchandise.
In exceptional cases, where parties
llvo at long distance from purchasing
points, nriiingenients may be made ;
through this office for sales in c.ick
lotB, when it is known that sales In J
lesser quantities will work hardships'
on purchasers on account of tho dis
tance from tl.e source of supply.
