with a maroon border cleverly
handled to give a most ornate
effect of bandings, is here developed In
this attractive suit Tho hip straps
apparently button into two pockets in
a novel way. Tho front sector of tho
sport hat la laced with narrow white
ribbon.
In one Paris collection silk lloss em
broidery, metal and beads are plcaslug-
ly demonstrated and featured as trim
minus on spring models. Ribbon is
used as banding on foulard and other
fabric dresses. Street dresses and
suits are principally In serge and gab
erdlne. Satin and charmeuse are used
for the less tailored dresses advocated
for afternoon and dressy wear.
Little buttons of beads trim the lat

like tiny roses. ANNA MAY.
