heating apparatus of the car. The
men were oa their way from Seattle
to Maker where they hoped to obtain
work. Dr. J. I'. Graham went to Ka-
mela this morning to get them and re
ports that another half hour in the
car would probably have meant their
death. The men were brought here
this morning and were sufficiently re
covered this afternoon to be released

was cerainly a roaster on Oregon's
part; and was not founded on facts.

here with the one idea, and that was
to find fault with the university as a
wnoie. this man advised the aboli
tion of the school of commerce, which
is a new school end is growing to be
one of the most advanced 'in the Unit
ed States and one which meets the de
mands of the higher type of the busi
ness world.
