In the Fine Arts-Triangle play
"His Picture in the Papers" it looked
easy for Pete Prindle (Douglas Fair
banks) to get his portrait displayed
on the front pages of all the New
York papers yes, it looked almost
too easy. Here's what the hero ac
tually did before he put through the
proposition, gained a half interest in
his father's firm end was awarded the
hand of the girl ho loved; wrecked
an auto and went to the (hospital, was
thrown otf a train, put out a cham
pion middleweight and fought a losing
ngnt witn two husKy policemen. At
last he won By righting off a band of
yeggmen ana saving a train Irom be
ing wrecked.
- In these days of strenuous adver
tising "this comedy is interesting as
showiner how a man eager. to attain
notoriety may fall down time -after
time only to attain it, when he is not
looking for it. Fairbanks makes an
attractive picture as a lively youth
who prefers a good, juicy beefsteak to
the dessicnted foods . that his rich
father exploits through the press. He
also has a preterence lor boxing in
stead of poring over book3, so he gets
in bad with his system loving father.
Then he meets the girl of his choice
in a restaurant. He meets tfhe father,
expecting his congratulations on his
engagement to the daughter. He is
not ruffled at all when the parent tells
him first to get a half interest in his
father's business. The elder Prindle
happens to be worked up over Pete'i
derelictions and gives him $100, with
the otter ol the partnership on condi
tion that he get his picture m the pa
pars. Then the fun starts. This is
the big attraction at the Arcade for
Sunday. '

- To feel as fine as the proverbial
fiddle, we must keep the liver .washed
clean, almost every morning, to pre
vent Its sponge-like pores from clog
ging with indigestible material,-, sour
bile and poisonous toxins, says a noted
physician.
If you get haadaclies, It's your liver.
If you catch cold easily, It's your liver.
If you wake up with a bad taste, furred
tongue, nasty breath or stomach be
comes ranoid, it's your livor. Sallow
skin, muddy complexion, watery eyes
all denote liver uncleanllness. Your
liver is the most important, also the
must abused and neglected organ of
the body. . Few know its function or
how to release the dammed-up - body
waste, bllei and toxins. Most folks
resort to violent calomel, which is a
dangerous, salivating chemical which
can. only be used occasionally because
it accumulates in the tissues, also
attacks the bones. ;' ! 3: .
Every man and wom,f; sick or
weH, should1 drink each ui irnlng be
fore breakfast, a glass oi. .hot water
with a teaspoonful of! Hmk(tone plios1
phate in it, to wash from tha liver and
bowels the previous day's indigestible
material, the poisons, aour bile and
toxins; thus cleansing, sweetening
and freshening the entire-Jillmentary
canal before putting mora, food Into
the stomach. ' ;
Limestone phosphate doesiot re
strict the diet like calomel, because it
can not salivate, for It is harmless and
you can eat anything afterwards. It
Is inexpensive and almost tasteless, and
any pharmacist will sell you a quarter
pound, which is sufficient for a dem
onstration of how hot water and lime
stone phosphate cleans, stimulates and
freshens the liver, keeping you feeling
fit day in and day out.

IMAGINE A
BUILDING
, in Spanish Mission style with white walls, great hand
some double-doors of bronze and rich cathedral-glass
windows 1
Let us go in!
As we enter a flood of golden light reveals a beautiful
marble hall. To our right and left are magnificent
marble-walled corridors lighted with the same soft
glow from windows of art glass.
This building is the La Grande Comniunity Mausoleum,
the hall in which we stand is tHie chapel where burial
services may be held Avithout thought of weather con- ,
ditions, and the corridors on either hand protect from
all desecration the forms of those we love.,
Upon marble ledges are masses of flowers, mute wit
nesses to the tender thought of those who mourn.
Great bronze gates guard tire privacy of the family
rooms. '
Here all is peace ! No tipsy head-stones, no heaped-up
mounds, no sunken graAres, no weedy evidences of
neglect! All is quiet, reverent and beautiful. This is
civilization's final tribute to its loved dead! This is the
Community Mausoleum !
