In "A Modern Enoch Arden," Joe
Jackson leaves his wife and child for
Australia, where a fortune awaits
him, is wrecked on the way and re
turns to find his wife married again.
Viva Edwards, who has the role of
Jackson's wife, has found a mate in
Mack Swain. They live in luxury on
Joe's fortune. Hunk Mann, a graft

Swain for money by blackmailing
methods. Joe is not recognized after
a three years' absence and becomes a

Almost everyone knows thnt Sage. Ten
ami Sulphur.' properly compounded,
brings back tlio natural color and lustre
to the hair ulion fueled, streaked or
gray. . Years ago the only way to get this
mixture was lo make, it at home, which
is nmssy anil troublesome.
Nowadays we simply ak at any drug
store for "Wyeth's Sage and Sulphur
Compound."' You will get a large bottle
of this old time recipe improved by the
addition of other ingredients for about
fiO cents. Everybody uses this prepara
tion new, leenuse no one ean possibly toll
thnt you darkened your hair, as it does
it so naturally and evenly. You dampen
a sponge or soft brush with it and draw
this through your hair, taking one small
strand at a time; by morning the gray
bnir disappears, and after another appli
cation or two. your hair becomes beauti
fully dark, thick and glossy and you
look years younger. Wyeth's Sage and
Sulphur Compound is a delightful toilet
requisite. It is not intended for the cure,
niitigatien or prevention of disease.
