primarily for the little youngsters
who have no organized way of enjoy

for those who may not be able to pro
vide their own means of conveyance.
It is to be a big day, with a dinner

There will necessarily be some ex

to meet this the "kettle" will prob
ably be put on the Btreets and the
generous public of La Grande will be
depended upon to do the rest.
This is a great idea as it will give
many children the opportunity of a
day with nature and they will bo un
der good care and influences and have
a time they will long remember.
