The government census of the Man

the week to look over his holdings and

John E. Crymes of La Grande was
here the last of the week to organize
a Sunday School and reports good suc
cess. V. E. Burnett, of La Grande, came
in wit n two loads the last of the week
and went back after his family and ,
stock. He expects to return the mid
dle of next week. . j
Mr. 'Bowery came in from Island
City the last of the week. He re-1
turned the next day to go over to
Covote to look over a hig wheat ranch. ,
